Don’t walk behind me… I may not lead
Walk beside me… just be my friend”

For today’s #maydays prompt follow Albert Camus’s lead and write something on the theme of finding friendship.:) It’s the last of my #Maydays challenge, I hope you have enjoyed it and maybe even found a friendship or two of your own along the way.

Remember you can write a memory, short flash fiction, poetry or whatever may take your fancy and pingback here so that I can pop by and visit you. Don’t forget to TAG your prompt #maydays too.

#Maydays Prompt – It’s all geek to me!

“Be nice to nerds. You may end up working for them. We all could.”

Be nice to nerds you may end up working for them - Charles Sykes

For today’s #maydays prompt, who can resist I’m going all geek (and proud!). May you use this subject any way you see fit, who is the geekiest person you know (it might be you), tell us about them?

Remember you can write a memory, short flash fiction with them as the star, poetry or whatever may take your fancy and pingback here so that I can pop by and visit you. Don’t forget to TAG your prompt #maydays too.

#Maydays Prompt – Something Stupid

“Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and it may be necessary from time to time to give a stupid or misinformed beholder a black eye.”
― Jim Henson

For today’s #maydays prompt time for a bit of humour. We’ve all had that friend (or been that friend!) who has drunkenly declared someone (usually sober) to be the most gorgeous person they have ever seen. The situation may be cringeworthy, funny or even painful if they end up with a slap. It’s over to you may you remember/discover/imagine someone doing something stupid that they later realise wasn’t the best idea. Double points if you make us laugh!

#Maydays Prompt – Happiness in your flaws

“Often times some may find that negative observance of others may in fact derive from inward flaws of themselves.”
― Calvin W. Allisonlion

For today’s #maydays prompt is a little harder, time for a little self-reflection or self-growth? May your post help you (or your character) find happiness in your flaws.
