#Writephoto Round-Up – Chapel

Hear the bells ring, hear the bells toll
Yesterday or long ago
Capturing a couples new start in life
The moment a husband acquires a wife

Chapel – Image by KL Caley

For visually challenged writersthe image shows a tiny chapel. Beside the chapel are dilapidated stone walls. A clue to its history/location perhaps.

This lovely little building sits within the walls of Pickering Castle. Whilst much of the Castle is in ruins this little chapel holds its own. The Chapel Interior is rather lovely too –

We are on week 3 of sickness bugs in our house, I feel like we’ve had everything bar the kitchen sink (well we have one of those, but you know what I mean). We thought the little guy was on the mend and sent him off to nursery Wednesday, only to receive a phone call in the afternoon to come collect. Hubby even came home from work early Thursday as he was feeling unwell too. All being well we are supposed to be at a wedding this weekend and then on holiday but at this stage we just don’t know what we’ll be able to do. Part of me wonders if someone is going to come along and paint a big cross on our door!… Anyway, what I am really trying to say is thank you all so much for taking the time to contribute and support the prompt, it really means the world to me, your creations are so inspiring and I can’t wait to be on the mend and get back to a more regular blogging habit. In the meantime, please do click through these marvellous creations (and let me know if I have missed anyone out):
