Everyone gave it a wide berth, yet it was never seen to be overgrown with weeds.
No-one knew who was buried there, or the family concerned.  It was just ‘there’, and had been for as long as the village folk could remember.
Then a stranger came, bearing books and tomes of research, in a quest to find his roots.
